The role
As a member of the IT-team you will be processing and solving IT incidents. Additionally, you will connect and communicate with our clients / customers. You will have to be flexible as you will work on multiple projects which will not be a problem because of your allround knowledge. When you need help your colleagues are there to help you out, after all you are part of a great team that is there to pick up the workload together.

You are aware of the importance of planning and meetings and you have a good sense of how time-consuming a project can be and you can monitor this yourself.
You are flexible and you do not mind finishing up a bit of work outside of office hours or to assist your colleagues.
You are able to turn a busy workload into motivation.
We ask for
At least a HBO ICT diploma
Experience in monitoring various systems
A good command of the English language, in speech and in writing, on a professional level
A knowledge of Linux
At least 32 hours per week, flexible working hours
Available for travelling
